LOINC uses { partname } for the Display Name and Part Name of unspecified axis.

• Clarify to users that some characteristics of the document is unclear/unspecified in this case I.e.
  • This document could have been written by a nurse or a physician; we don't know
• Make concepts interoperable between systems
• Follow the international LOINC standard
